At Sengar Mart, we work hard to deliver your orders quickly and fresh. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we allow order cancellations under the terms below.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled before packing or dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once the order is packed or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated cancellations may lead to suspension of COD facility for your account.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
2. Order Cancellation by Sengar Mart
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
Product out of stock or unavailable.
Incorrect pricing or technical error.
Delivery not possible to your location.
Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified immediately and any payment made will be refunded in full.
