At Sengar Mart, we work hard to deliver fresh, high-quality products. If you’re not satisfied with your order, our Refund & Return Policy makes sure you’re protected.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods such as vegetables, fruits, dairy, bakery, and frozen items cannot be returned once delivered.
These items can only be replaced/refunded if they arrive damaged, spoiled, or expired.
2. Returnable Items
Packaged and non-perishable items (beverages, groceries, pantry essentials) may be returned if:
They are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
A return request is raised within 2 days of delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval/rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
4. Replacements
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Please share order details and product photos with us at the time of complaint.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before packing/shipping.
Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not possible.
